COUNSELING

Seeing yourself through a new lens can change everything.

Life is shaped not only by what we experience, but by how we make sense of it—and the stories we come to believe about ourselves along the way.

Counseling gives us space to look at those stories, relationships, patterns, and experiences with honesty, curiosity, compassion, and humor when it fits.

Together, we widen the lens so you can see yourself with greater clarity, strengthen self-trust, expand your choices, and make room for more of who you’ve been, who you are, and who you’re choosing to become.

WHO I SUPPORT
Counseling may be fit if you’re…

✯ carrying stress, anxiety, or overwhelm that others don’t always see

✯ questioning who you are, what you want, or what comes next

✯ navigating a transition, loss, changing role, or new season of life

✯ noticing relationship patterns that keep leaving you hurt, frustrated, or disconnected

✯ struggling to set boundaries, speak up, or trust your own decisions

✯ spending more energy tending to others than listening to yourself

✯ feeling disconnected from parts of yourself you once knew or haven’t fully discovered yet

✯ doing well on the outside while privately feeling exhausted, uncertain, or stuck

✯ ready to understand yourself more deeply instead of simply managing what you feel

A Path Toward a More You
Pause. Reflect. Reconnect. Reframe. Choose.

Pause

Notice what has been moving within you.

Reflect

Get curious about patterns, old perspectives, beliefs, and stories.

Reconnect

Listen to parts of yourself that you've pushed aside and where you need more kindness or integration.

Reframe

Consider other ways of understanding and relating to yourself and your experience.

Choose

Move forward with greater awareness, self-trust, and intention.

More than one lens

Because understanding you takes more than one framework. My approach draws from years of clinical practice and continued learning across psychological and behavioral approaches, narrative work, mindfulness, mind-body practices, and spirituality, all of which inform a compassionate, human, holistic, and culturally sensitive way of being with you.

WHAT CLIENTS HAVE SHARED
What matters most is how the work is experienced.

“I absolutely love my therapy sessions with Yari! It feels more than therapy, Yari has a very unique approach and I feel so comfortable opening up to her. I also appreciate her holistic alternatives. I leave feeling supported after my sessions with her.”

You’re not just managing, you’re becoming.
